Dione Mercer serves as the Project Manager on Project Pennsylvania for the GOPC. Ms. Mercer is responsible for staff management, and oversee all recruitment, data collection, training and administrative aspects of the study. Ms. Mercer is interested in the environments role in individual and community health.
