Our People

The Global Obesity Prevention Center (GOPC) at Johns Hopkins University consists of leading experts from a wide range of fields—from nutrition and psychology to disciplines that have not traditionally addressed obesity, such as engineering and computer science.  The GOPC is headquartered in the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health’s Department of International Health, whose mission is to help the world’s most vulnerable and disadvantaged people improve their health and well-being, but spans throughout multiple departments and schools across Johns Hopkins University and includes various external collaborators.
